Bloodbath…خون کی ہولی

At the Skyfire 2012.
The weather was quite dismal, it started to rain just before the fireworks. Raindrops kept settling on the lens which I had to wipe every now and then and which you can see in these photos too. The biggest nuisance was however the smoke that didnt fly away due to high humidity, despite the slight breeze. On top of that, I was actually quite worried about the camera as it was so wet that water was dripping off it. Nothing went wrong, thanks to God though the photos didnt turn out as good as I would have expected. As a comparison, you can see my skyfire photos from yesteryears.

موسم خاصا خراب تھا اور آتشبازی شروع ہونے سے پہلے ہی بارش شروع ہو گئی۔ کیمرے کے عدسے پر سے مجھے بارش کے قطرے بار بار پونچھنا پڑ رہے تھے جو آپ ان تصاویر میں بھی آپکو دکھائی دینگے ، لیکن اس سے زیادہ ناگوار بات وہ دھواں تھا جو نمی کی وجہ سے ہوا میں گویا جم سا گیا تھا، حالنکہ ہوا بھی چل رہی تھی۔
میں کیمرے کی بابت بھی خاصا پریشان تھا کیونکہ اس سے بھی بارش کے قرطے ٹپک رہے تھے۔ اللہ کا شکر کہ کیمرہ تو بچ گیا لیکن تصاویر اتنی اچھی بالک نہیں آئیں جتنی توقع میں کر رہا تھا۔ موازنے کے طور پر آپ اسی موقع کی میری پچھلی تصاویر دیکھ لیں۔
